Just arrived in Mekelle and Laura (on the left front) took us to her favorite place for a bite to eat. Injera with veggies and assorted other unknowns. I did try it however, I just could not make myself like it. It is cold and spongy and has a sour taste. I enjoyed a Sprite and one of my Granola bars.
